How Lower Back Pain in Early Pregnancy Happen?

During pregnancy, women may feel different symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, lack of menstruation, back pain and even lower. Back pain occurs in 1st trimester of pregnancy by about 80% of women expect. Normally, besides missing a period, a woman can determine that she is pregnant if she is regular back pain.
Lower back pain in early pregnancy can be caused by several factors. Some causes of back pain are as follows:
• Stretching of the ligaments – a woman body’s needs to prepare and extend over the abdominal area for pregnancy. Because of this, pregnant women may experience pain in the lumbar region.
• The extra weight – during pregnancy, women can gain extra weight. Because of this, and the weight of the developing fetus, the column cannot handle the weight well.
• Posture – as a pregnant woman’s belly swells, it tends to bend backwards, resulting in pain in the lumbar region.
• Center of gravity – the woman’s body begins to move forward due to swelling of the uterus.
• Stress – pregnancy is really a stressful time for women, both physically and mentally. Because of this, the pelvis and weakens the back pain results.
• Hormones – Hormones are very active during pregnancy. Progesterone, a hormone produced by women, may soften the pelvic ligaments and cause back pain.
• Urinary tract infections – UTI may be a cause of back pain, and during pregnancy, women are more likely to have urinary tract infection.
Pregnant women should not worry if ever they are experiencing back pain during pregnancy. It is a normal pregnancy especially at 1st trimester. Although there are many ways to stop them occurring, there are still measures that will help the pain is bearable. A pregnant woman can do the following steps to minimize the pain they will feel in your lower back:
• Firstly, it is important for a pregnant woman to exercise during pregnancy. Try to do back exercises to help reduce back pain. You can swing pelvic, back stretches and other exercises.
• Drink plenty of fluids to help relieve the pain caused by the UTI.
• Take a lot of rest. Pregnant women need lots of rest, to gain more strength and energy to her and the baby’s health.
• When lying down, place a pillow in the lower back can help relieve pain in the lower early in pregnancy.
• Stop using heels and high heels during pregnancy. Just wear flats and comfortable footwear to help you achieve more balance.
The tips mentioned above are just some of the remedies and preventive measures that a pregnant woman can do to lessen the discomfort caused by lower back pain experienced. It is normal for women to experience several uncomfortable and even painful symptoms during pregnancy. These things cannot be avoided, but doing preventive measures, can make them bearable. Pregnancy is a critical period for each woman, so utmost care must be observed to ensure the safety and health of mother and child.
